Kathmandu, Minister for Foreign Affairs Shisir Khanal has urged officials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ensure prompt and effective service delivery, stressing the need for collective efforts to address existing challenges.
Speaking at the Ministerial Development Action Committee (MDAC) meeting held at the Ministry on Wednesday, Minister Khanal said cooperation among all officials was essential for improving work execution and resolving issues efficiently.
During the meeting, the Ministry reviewed and assessed its performance for the current fiscal year 2082/83. Discussions also focused on overcoming operational hurdles and improving overall effectiveness, according to the Ministry.
On the occasion, Minister Khanal directed officials to remain prepared for timely service delivery and to respond quickly to any emerging problems. He also assured full support from his side in carrying out their responsibilities.
Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission Dr. Gunakar Bhatta, senior ministry officials, and representatives from various related agencies were present at the meeting.
